If you’re a veteran of the United States Armed Services, you qualify by law to receive dental services through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

The level of care available may vary, however. In some cases, the VA can provide extensive dental services, while other cases may only provide limited treatment.

You should also know that eligibility for outpatient dental care is different for dental care than it is for most other medical services offered by the VA.
